My name is Mackenzie. I’m the voice behind Petal Thoughts, which is intended to be a journal of essays, images, and maps. I explore my own and humanity’s relationship with nature, history, and architecture, among other things. I’m particularly interested in how these can shape our viewpoints and makeup of our current world, ranging from the effects of shade availability within a city, Ancient Roman mysticism and city planning, or navigating our current world.
